Turks and Chinese are not closely related genetically or linguistically. The Turkic peoples are a diverse group of people who speak languages belonging to the Turkic language family, a branch of the Altaic language family. 

The Turkic peoples have a long history and can be found in many countries in Europe and Asia, including Turkey, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Turkmenistan, among others. On the other hand, the Chinese are a diverse group of people who speak Chinese, a language belonging to the Sino-Tibetan language family. 

The Chinese people have a long and rich history and are primarily found in China. 

Still, there are also significant Chinese communities in many other countries worldwide. While there may be some cultural or historical connections between the Turks and the Chinese, they are not closely related in a genetic or linguistic sense.
