Hookah, also known as waterpipe smoking, is legal in Turkey, although there are some restrictions on where it can be consumed.

According to the Turkish Health Ministry's Tobacco and Alcohol Market Regulatory Authority (TAPDK), hookah can be consumed in designated hookah bars and cafes. Still, it is not allowed in other public places such as restaurants, cafes, and bars.

It is also worth noting that hookah smoking is subject to the same age restrictions as cigarette smoking in Turkey. It is illegal for anyone under 18 to purchase or consume tobacco products, including hookah.

While hookah is legal in Turkey, it is subject to some regulations and restrictions, and it is essential to be mindful of these when consuming hookah in the country.
